Kathy Do
My name is Kathy Do and I am the Director of Regional Center Services. I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past 4 years and I love the diversity of my role. I learn something new every day and I am beyond grateful for my experience. Every day is unique and different, but through each challenge is a beautiful reward. Making a positive impact and helping each individual get closer to their goal is extremely rewarding. It truly brings me joy to know that I can make a difference in someone's life and help them in different ways.
Andrew Gerletti
My name is Andrew and I’ve been working with Positive Behavior Steps for nearly 3 years. I am currently the Community Integration Program Director. I have enjoyed working with this unique community and giving back whenever possible. I take great pleasure in seeing the clients improve their social and community skills and create a better overall quality of life for themselves. I have been able to grow into my current position due to the great support I’ve had within the company. In my free time away from work I enjoy playing golf and living an active lifestyle!
Gilberto Millanes
My name is Gilbert Millanes. I'm going on my third year at Positive Behavior Steps. I started as a Community Facilitator, and my passion in this field has allowed me to grow into a supervisor for the Community Integration Program. I find immense fulfillment in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, due to the unique and rewarding challenges it brings. Witnessing the individual's progress and growth is incredibly gratifying whether it is big or small. I appreciate the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives, helping them develop essential skills and fostering their independence. The genuine connections formed with these individuals provide a sense of purpose you derive from supporting their unique needs. It brings a deep sense of joy and satisfaction in my role as a supervisor. When I'm not in the community with our clients, I spend my free time swimming or coaching my water polo teams.
Julieta Villanueva
My name is Julieta Villanueva, and I am a supervisor for the Community Integration Program at Positive Behavior Steps. My journey here began about 4 years ago as a Community Facilitator. I took the opportunity to work here because I’ve always had a passion to help others. Throughout the years, I’ve had the pleasure to assist clients in reaching their goals while also learning something new each time. When I’m not out in the community with clients, I enjoy going on adventures with family and friends.
Saul Campa
Hi, my name is Saul Campa. I have Bachelor of Art in Sociology and I am currently working on my Masters in College Counseling and Student Development at Azuza Pacific University. I love to draw and garden on my free time. I have been a supervisor for the Community Integration Program for almost a year. I enjoy seeing the individuals in our program continue to grow. I would like to help individuals with developmental disabilities in higher education in the future.
Daisy Cano
My name is Daisy and I am the director of our Independent Living and Supported Living Skills programs. I first began working at Positive Behavior Steps in 2019 where I received the opportunity to work with this community for the first time. It was a challenge at first but I quickly came to realize how rewarding working in this field can be and how essential I was becoming to an individual's life. I love the challenges I have encountered along the way because they have molded me into the person that I am today and have allowed me to learn new ways to help mold individuals into better versions of themselves as well. I look forward to all of the future endeavors that will come my way not only with my clients but with my amazing colleagues as well.
Liza Echeverria
My name is Liza Echeverria and I am one of the ILS supervisors at Positive Behavior Steps. I enjoy the challenges and the wonderful opportunities that one can encounter in the field. I was assigned to a group of amazing clients that have taught me so many things. Every individual is different from each other and that is what I enjoy most about my position. All the challenging moments have helped me grow each individual. The experience I’ve had in this field has also helped me grow as an individual and I can’t wait to see all the progress everyone will continue to make.

Pablo Caparelli
Hello, my name is Pablo Caparelli and I am one of the ILS supervisors. I first started working at Positive Behavior Steps in 2022. I worked one on one with each individual and have enjoyed my time here. From the first day that I started, I experienced many different situations that could happen in life while working with these heartfelt people. Every unique individual has changed my perspective in life.
