Our Lead Supervisors Ian and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Michelle provide the foundation of care at PBS. They guide our clinical teams, oversee treatment planning, and ensure that every client’s program is individualized, evidence-based, and compassionate. With extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, our supervisors are dedicated to supporting children and families as they achieve meaningful growth.

Karena & Kim, our clinical supervisor  play a key role in ensuring every client receives the highest quality care. Each supervisor oversees planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.

Our Executive Officer Connie and Executive Assistant Amber provide the leadership and organizational support that keep the clinic moving forward. The Executive Officer sets the vision and direction for our clinic, while the Executive Assistant ensures daily operations and communication run seamlessly. Together, they create a strong foundation that allows our team to deliver exceptional care to the children and families we serve.

Our Human Resources team, including our HR Manager Lizzette and HR Assistant Annabella, are dedicated to supporting both our staff and our mission. They handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee support, while also fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.

Our Office Manager Carolina and Scheduler Jessica work hand in hand to keep the clinic running smoothly. They manage daily operations, organize schedules, and coordinate therapy sessions to ensure consistency and reliability for our families. With their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service, they create a welcoming and efficient environment so our clients and staff can focus on what matters most—progress and growth.

Erik serves as the Manager for our San Fernando Valley team, ensuring that all clinic operations in this region run smoothly and efficiently. He oversees daily activities, supports staff, and coordinates with families to make sure services are delivered with consistency and care. Erik’s leadership helps maintain a positive and organized environment, allowing our clinical team to focus on providing the highest quality ABA services to the children and families we serve in the San Fernando Valley.

Virginia and Alberto are our dedicated Supervisors for the San Fernando Valley region. Together, they oversee client programs, guide therapy staff, and monitor progress to ensure each child receives individualized, high-quality care. Their combined experience and commitment help create a supportive, well-structured environment where children and families can thrive.
